Christopher Foster, MHA

Chief Executive Officer

Christopher Foster, Chief Executive Officer of Ladoga Recovery Center’s parent company, Aspen BHC. Christopher entered the behavioral health industry in 2009 and has since accumulated over a decade of executive management experience. His competency in the C-suite ranges from managing individual entities to enterprise-level organizations comprising 20 or more sites. Christopher contributes a wealth of knowledge to his current role, focusing on strategic leadership, program development and improvement, and compliance. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Springfield College and a Master’s in Health Administration from Cornell University. Additionally, Christopher serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association. In his spare time, Christopher enjoys traveling with his family and friends, working in the community, and recreational sports.

Brian Foster

Executive Director

“As Executive Director of Ladoga Recovery Center, Brian Foster brings nearly a decade of experience in behavioral health, specializing in substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health treatment. With a diverse background spanning from inpatient detox and residential care, sober living, outpatient treatment, and both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Brian is dedicated to creating comprehensive, holistic treatment programs. Holding a Business degree from Indiana University and graduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, Brian combines a strong foundation in business with a personal commitment to recovery, using his own experience to inspire and support others on their journeys. This broad background enables Brian to approach leadership with a well-rounded perspective on the complex needs of individuals in Recovery.

As a person in long-term Recovery, Brian is proud to lead a team that makes a meaningful impact on the lives of those struggling with addiction and helping them rebuild relationships with their loved ones. Living in Fishers, IN, with a supportive wife and two wonderful daughters, family is the heart of Brian’s life, bringing a deep commitment to building a community where individuals can find hope, healing, and a path forward.”

Dr. William Cooke

Medical Director

Dr. William Cooke is the Medical Director of Ladoga Recovery Center, an inpatient facility dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. With over two decades of experience in addiction medicine, Dr. Cooke leads the clinical team at Ladoga Recovery Center with a focus on evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.

As a board-certified expert in both Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Cooke brings a holistic approach to treatment, integrating medical, psychological, and social support to address the complex needs of individuals on their journey to recovery. Under his leadership, Ladoga Recovery Center emphasizes a “whole-person” philosophy, ensuring that each patient receives tailored treatment plans that foster long-term recovery and overall well-being.

Dr. Cooke is also a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), reflecting his commitment to advancing the field of addiction medicine through continuous learning, advocacy, and collaboration. At Ladoga Recovery Center, he is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and effective environment where patients can begin their path to healing.

Timothy S. Gobek

Clinical Director

Tim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 33 years of experience spanning multiple roles and settings, including community mental health centers, schools, private practice, and residential facilities. His career has balanced both direct client service and administrative leadership, bringing a comprehensive perspective to his work.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.

Julie Clevinger

Behavioral Tech Supervisor

Julie Clevinger is a compassionate healthcare and behavioral support professional with over eight years of experience across various care roles. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Youth Behavioral Specialist, and Direct Support Specialist, Julie has developed a well-rounded approach to patient and client care, blending expertise with an unwavering commitment to personalized support.

Throughout her career, Julie has focused on providing empathetic, patient-centered care. She began as a CNA, where she cultivated the skills and compassion necessary for effective one-on-one support, particularly for individuals requiring specialized care. Her role as a Youth Behavioral Specialist deepened her expertise in crisis intervention and conflict resolution, empowering young clients to navigate challenges and make meaningful progress. As a Direct Support Specialist, she has been a trusted advocate for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and supported in their daily lives.

Julie’s experience also includes leading group activities that foster community and connection, where her warmth and inclusivity help create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported. She is dedicated to making a positive impact, whether in one-on-one settings or group environments, and brings a heartfelt commitment to her work.

HR Director and Office Manager

Gianna Amick brings multiple years of managerial expertise to our team, with a focused four years dedicated to Human Resources and Recruiting. As our HR Director and Business Office Manager, Gianna specializes in revitalizing implementation of turnaround and growth processes. She has a proven track record of transforming struggling locations into thriving, efficient operations through strategic planning, effective leadership, and innovative solutions.

By fostering trust, open communication, and collaboration, she ensures that everyone is aligned with our goals and motivated to achieve them. Shane Austin

As a lifelong resident of Indiana and an alumnus of the Indiana University, Shane embodies a profound sense of empathy and understanding, deeply rooted in his own transformative four-year journey of recovery. Brooke Casey, RN, BSN, MSN

Director of Nursing, Ladoga Recovery Center

With over 13 years of nursing experience, Brooke brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership, and a deep commitment to quality care to her role as Director of Nursing at Ladoga Recovery Center. As a dedicated healthcare professional, Brooke has spent her career focusing on addiction recovery, patient-centered care, and fostering an environment of healing and hope for individuals on their recovery journey.

Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Rush University Medical Center . Her clinical background includes extensive experience in a multitude of settings, including Acute care ICU, mental health, and addiction medicine. She possesses a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction recovery and the critical role of nursing in supporting patients through their treatment and recovery processes.

In her current role, Brooke leads a dynamic nursing team that provides compassionate, high-quality care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Her leadership is characterized by a strong focus on best practices, continuous quality improvement, and a collaborative approach to care. Under her guidance, the nursing team at Ladoga Recovery Center ensures that patients receive not only clinical treatment but also the emotional and psychological support they need for long-term recovery.
